Transfer GraphRAG agent and supporting functions to Talk2KnowledgeGraphs

Description

We would like to transfer over our reasoning agent that allows for graphRAG over Biomedical Knowledge Graphs.

Checklist

• Transfer over all Agents and Tools including subgraph extraction with G-retriever, subgraph summarization, and GraphRAG
• Transfer over the subgraph visualization
• Transfer over and adapt as necessary the example notebooks to work with PrimeKG

Acceptance criteria

• Docs, Linting, and Unit testing as needed to support the transferred functionality
• Updated Jupyter notebook to work with PrimeKG
• Successful PR
