Parameter scanning of BioModels

As a user, I would like to be able to scan a range of Biomodel parameters. I would like to have a visualization of the results of the parameter scanning to quickly understand the results. I would also like to ask questions of an LLM to better understand the results that may not be obvious from the plot.

Possible solutions

• Utilize the build in analysis features and plots from basico
• Utilize a custom plot using a tool call to Matplotlib

I would recommend to split this issue in two issues, both sensitivity analysis and parameter scan are different tasks with different outputs and visualization approaches, that can be isolated easily. Please let me know your thoughts, @dmccloskey!
