WPA-Toolbox 2.1.1 and Higher Notes

[!] UPDATED MariaDB from 10 -> 11.1 (As tested and stable enough) | Please make sure you backup your DB or at least have one before running if in PROD.

2.1.1 has added better menus, more clarity and works intended on FRESH versions of Ubuntu 22.04.6 LTS

• Removed Very OLD Legacy of "Importing Users from WemX Billing Module" if ran, it will sudo make a user like choosing option 2.

• New Menus, No Need to type stuff out anymore, just use the numbers to select the menu or selections you need.
• Auto Update Feature. It will ask you if you want to update to the latest live via github.
• Sudo Checking or Root Checking. SH will check if the user has used sudo bash xyz, this will end the script unless its ran by root without sudo.
• One Time Boot Loader. This will download and install ALL libraries/repos for Pterodactyl/Wemx/MariaDB/PHP 8.1 (8.3 Next Update for Wemx) etc...
