Problem Example for Xamarin.Forms.WPF Image Control and ToolbarItem Control

This repository showcases a few problems I have encountered with the Image Control and the ToolbarItem Control of Xamarin.Forms.Platform.WPF

These are:

1. Image Control - BackgroundColor Property is ignored (xamarin/Xamarin.Forms#13233)
2. ToolbarItem - ImageIconSource does not show StreamImageSource (xamarin/Xamarin.Forms#13234)
3. ToolbarItem - Text property is always shown (xamarin/Xamarin.Forms#13235)
