Required tools

• XAMPP (Apache, PHP, SQL-server)
• SASS

Guide

Windows

• Install XAMPP
  https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
  • Install packages Apache and MariaDB, others are not required
• Install SASS
  • Install Ruby < 2.5 (SASS doesn't work with Ruby >2.5
    https://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/
  • The installer will query you about MSYS2, it is not required for sass.
  • CMD> 'gem install sass'
