ftu v2.3.1 - minor perfomance improvement

Less open file syscalls inside receiving node.

In theory it should consume less CPU now and in cases when sender node works faster - the overall performance of receiver node should`ve improved

Nothing particularly important, I just had this in mind for quite a while now and couldn`t help myself but to fix it
