Enhancements in the v2.0.0:

  1. Improved Glycosylation Recognition:
  • Enhanced the ability to identify glycosylation sites accurately.
  • Distinguishes glycosylation from other types of covalent ligand bonds.
  1. Classification of Non-Covalent Branched Ligands:
  • Non-covalent branched entities (oligosaccharides) are now classified as regular ligands.
  • Previous versions categorized these differently (branched column) but are now treated uniformly with other ligands.
  1. Addition of "Other Entities" Column:
  • We introduced a new column named Other Entities in the dataset.
  • This column lists entities like cyclic-pseudo-peptide, peptide nucleic acid, polydeoxyribonucleotide, polydeoxyribonucleotide/polyribonucleotide hybrid, polyribonucleotide, and other.
  1. Inclusion of Polypeptide (D) Ligands:
  • Polypeptide (D) entities are now recognized as possible protein and ligand polymer types.
  • This update extends to both peptide ligands and protein entities.
