Please update your address book and send to the same address but having removed .gsi. from the domain part.
Mail to the legacy addresses will stop working in a few weeks.

For the error message which appears when you attempt to submit a complaint whilst under 18, the business would like the following additional guidance to be provided: (please send your complaint to [email protected] as per our landing page instruction).
