This PR re-adds go 1.20, as well as adds 1.21.

Go 1.20 uses debian bookworm (current debian stable release)
Go 1.21 uses debian bookworm (I wanted to use trixie, but no official image)

Both images will be used for testing at the moment, 1.20 may be possibly used in the 5.3 release currently scheduled*(guess-timated?) for january.

This is fine for me, I don't see any reason why not generating this new images. We need to fix the rel7 1.19 generation which is failing atm

The el7 problem is because stretch has been removed from the Debian mirror network. stretch has been archived at archive.debian.org.
I don't see much point is building el7 images using a.d.o as it is an archive and will not be updated. Also, there is no 1.19 image that supports el7. It might be best to remove the el7 builds from the automation and use the last built el7 images going forward.
