Installing in Finder

Drag and Drop

Hold the option Key
Click the Go Menu
Choose Library to open your Library
Scroll down to 'Services' Directory
Drag and drop the "Open in Atom.workflow" into Services

or

Use a shell command

mv -iv "Open in Atom.workflow" ~/Library/Services/

In Action in Finder

Go to a File or a Folder
Right Click (or Ctrl-Click) for File Commands menu
Cursor over Service
Choose "Open in Atom"
