[REQUEST] Allow selection/removal of traits from the computation (either individually or in categories)

Is your feature request related to a problem? How pervasive is the problem? Please describe.
The main issue is that the trait outputs include a comprehensive picture of every geometric feature of the root system and not every project needs all of those traits. Dumping all the traits on the user can often cause unnecessary confusion and headache.

Describe the solution you'd like
Probably the best solution would be the addition of a few command line flags or arguments that correspond to sets of related traits.

Not really any others that I've considered yet.
