Only 20 bins in biomass, convexhull, solidity vhists even when root scan > 20cm

Hey @TheSnowCat , is this still an issue? If you need more than the default 20 cm, you have to specify a depth in millimeters at runtime (e.g., rootCrownImageAnalysis3D /data --depth 300 for 30 cm)—IIRC.
