Describe the bug
The error message for when raw2img is run on a folder that does not clearly explain the issue. It reports that the log file cannot be accessed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run raw2img on a folder that does not exist

Expected behavior
A clear and concise error message telling the user to create the folder.

Note, there is a similar issue with raw-qc in Topp-Roots-Lab/python-rawtools.
