This is the version of the code that was used for the TOP-22-006 results.

Tony Dissertation

Uses anatest28_redo as input.

This version was used to produce the result in Tony Lefeld's dissertation, with the exception that the ctG operator was removed. See noCTG branch for the commit that removes ctG. Note that the cpQM vs. ctG scans were replaced by cpt vs. cpQM.

anatest29 -- add ctG

Release for use with anatest29. Designed to only add ctG back in for easy comparison between anatest28 and anatest29.

November Update

This release was used to fit the datacards for the November 4, 2019 unblinding update. It was designed to use anatest28.root
