New Light Theme

I'm excited to introduce a new light theme option for Graphite, inspired by the valuable feedback from S1M8N. This new theme has been designed to maintain the visual signature and aesthetic of the dark theme, but offers a fresh, light alternative for those who live on the brighter side.

IMPORTANT: To stay on the dark theme, you'll maybe need to manually select the dark theme in your profile settings. Home Assistant defaults to "auto," which matches your device's theme.
