First iteration, please provide feedback.

Some points that need to be addressed:

  • Author_url for Alexander
  • Links for USD roundtable. Do I just create a new sessions.md?
  • Validate links
  • Censor company names
  • Rebase/squash commits

Not sure how to proceed:

  • Format Gifford's notes
    • Headers
    • Markdownify
  • Moderator's Bios
  • Table of Contents
