Work on book sections begun, complete up through "The Operation."
"Introduction" section complete.
Added missing pointers to ToC and started the next section
Added missing commas, added some links to other sections, completed a bunch of entries up to Domain Defenses->Communications
"The Core Assumptions" section of "Domains & Intrigue" complete
Work on "Heroic Organizations" complete up to and including "Adventuring Party"
Martial Regiment added
Mercantile Guild added, S&D lists reformatted

Added missing bracket to "Your Staff is Broken." Added Noble Court.
Stopped being dumb and started turning Domain Titles, Powers, and Features things into optional features.
