Version 1.2.5 - Better 1.18 support

• Updated splash text
• Updated shaders (might not work, may need re-formatting)
• Updated to the latest comparator textures
• Renamed readme.txt to KNOWNISSUES.md so there wasn't two readme files. The known issues may need updating.
• Updated .mcmeta file to include new version number (as always)
