Added support for custom base url

Now you can use any base url to make ChatGPT requests!
As always, configurable in the config.yml.

That's right! This new version of CraftGPT introduces support for any minecraft version that supports Java 8!
While all minecraft releases below 1.11 use Java 8, this plugin was only tested on 1.8.x-1.20.x.
