All "(SEVERE/4) Title level inconsistent" are valid errors. It's due to the rst file not following the sphinx hierarchy order for sections.

This is fine for now. The difference between reported and what are capture here are about 1-3 FPS so it's not critical. I'll address this with a later PR if there are any changes.

Speed should be 5 GT/s. AM64 has a Gen 2 PCIe Controller. Refer to the "High-speed interfaces" section of the datasheet:
