Added two values tabs for TSS values as from the book (latest edition as far as I am aware). Also updated the formulas so that everything else still works. Switch between hours and TSS on the main training plan page by altering the cell on row 3.
If nothing else, the donkey work of keying values has been done if you want to do it some other way!
I altered the .ods version as I don't have Excel.
