To get started with Team-Hydra/CyanogenMod build, you'll need to get familiar with Git and Repo.
To initialize your local repository using the Team-Hydra trees, use a command like this:
repo init -u git://github.com/Team-Hydra/android.git -b cm-11.0
Then to sync up:
repo sync
After the initial sync sync once more so that the local_manifest.xml will be picked up.
After that you need to get proprietary CM bits:
./vendor/cm/get-prebuilts
