Seems like some geographies that worked last week, do not work anymore with the new data. Here is an example:

ids_get("BGR", "DT.DOD.DPPG.CD", "all")

I'll quickly check the differences in a new branch.

There were in fact 136 geographies and 303 counterparts in the pre-2023 data (as of earlier this week) and now there are 134 geographies and 302 counterparts.

These two countries dropped out of the geographies data: Bulgaria (BGR), Russia (RUS).

This counterpart area dropped out: Central American Bank for Econ. Integ. (CABEI) (894).

I'm removing them from the package data because they are not supported anymore.
