Added treatment of IRs with full head rotation range (like BBC Salford) to phiMin, phiMax and torsoAzimuth calculation. Otherwise torsoAzimuth goes NaN, which doesn't allow for proper usage of binsim.

Also changed torsoAzimuth to be in [0, 360[ instead of ]0, 360].

Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to test anything under Matlab. So, I guess I'm no longer a good reviewer for Two!Ears ;)

Regarding your changes, I have no objections, but @fietew might be the better person for detailed feedback.

According to github, you also changed the binaries, @ivo--t. Was this intended?
