It's not a virus ok I need to keep repeating this because antiviruses are broken. Beware of false positives.

If it says that it's dangerous, press Ctrl + J and click "Keep Dangerous File" or it might be called "Keep".

To be honest I don't know why it marks it as a virus. It's not because of its nature. It doesn't even contain anything harmful. Decompile it if you want to make sure. These browsers are just weird. Even Windows Defender marks it as unsafe. Just weird. If you use AVG it might also mark it as a virus. Please don't think I made a virus plzzz.
