Main improvements in this PR:

As proposed in #859

  • Remove ENSG00000147576 from MAR06631;
  • Remove ENSG00000204195 from MAR06635;
  • Remove ENSG00000170786 from MAR06638;
  • Remove ENSG00000163684 from MAR06640;
  • Remove ENSG00000155016, ENSG00000137869 from MAR06657;
  • Remove ENSG00000134184 from MAR06661;
  • Remove ENSG00000121039, ENSG00000087076, ENSG00000099377, ENSG00000100867 from MAR06670;
  • Remove ENSG00000147576 from MAR06633;
  • Remove ENSG00000170786 from MAR08709;
  • Remove ENSG00000186377 from MAR06658;
  • Remove ENSG00000155893, ENSG00000162836, ENSG00000102575 from MAR06507;
  • Remove ENSG00000112874 from MAR20117.

I hereby confirm that I have:

  • Tested my code on my own computer for running the model
  • Selected develop as a target branch
  • Any removed reactions and metabolites have been moved to the corresponding deprecated identifier lists

- 13 involve the same metabolites but go in the opposite direction or have the opposite reversibility as at least one other reaction.
- 447 involve the same metabolites but with different coefficients as at least one other reaction.

This and a more detailed output from MACAW are also committed to data/macawResults/.
