Added vulert, an advanced SCA tool that doesn't require installations & ABOM, an online scanner, detects PHP vulnerabilities using just the composer.lock file and suggests fixes. No signup required and it's free to use.

Sorry about typo, actually abom can identify vulnerabilities for all languages, js, php maven etc.. using just a manifest file like package-lock.json. |
