Hive and HDFS policies in sync

When tagging Hive tables, one can now get the same tag on the underlying directory on HDFS.
Same when creating a policy for a Hive table or database, one can get the same policy for the underlying directory on HDFS.
Cobra-policytool looks up storage location of the table in metastore.

Other things:

  • deny rules for tags
  • better validation of policies and error messages.
  • automatic builds
  • fix version requirements
  • do universal read of files for better stability
