This PR adds the initial Turkish translation of the README.md file, currently covering 83% of the content.

• Remaining sections (17%) to be translated in future updates:

• To begin making Stirling-PDF accessible to Turkish users
• To provide essential documentation in Turkish
• To establish a foundation for complete Turkish documentation
