[Enhancement] Update default replication transaction timeout from 1 hour to 1 day (backport #51949)

Why I'm doing:

Some starrocks users have big tables to replicate, the default replication transaction timeout is too small.

What I'm doing:

Update default replication transaction timeout from 1 hour to 1 day
