- Run script and give protected workbook file as frist argument
- Open No_PW.xlsm
- Click "Yes" when promt shows that file contains an invalid key
- Open VBA Project goto Tools -> VBAProject Properties -> Protection Remove checkmark from "Lock Project for viewing"
- Save Excel file
- Open again, enjoy
