SKYProfier Initial Commit With Linux support

This marks the initial commit to GitHub with support for Integration Server installed on Linux. This has been tested internally and also at some of the customer facing support folks. Releasing this version for public use to give way for more feature addition in next release. Any issue in this release? Please create an issue in Issues tab.
