[Troubleshooting] "My Testing Device" isn't shown

1. Check the "Developer Mode" is enabled at SmartThings app.

  1. Launch the SmartThings app.
  2. Go to Menu > Settings
  3. Long-press About SmartThings for 5 seconds
  4. Enable the Developer Mode

  5. Restart the SmartThings app.

2. Check your Developer workspace project includes your Samsung account region.

  1. Go to the Developer workspace
  2. Open project > Develop > Product Info
  3. Select Availability > EDIT
    availability
  4. Check your Samsung account region is selected

If you're uncertain about your Samsung account region, Go to Samsung Account website, Find your registered country or region from Personal Info plane
