Replace Discord CDN with GitHub CDN

For images its okay to host on GitHub but resource packs, mods etc should really be downloaded from ModRinth

kindly (optional) ask mod devs to upload to modrinth

that's going to be near-impossible for alpha versions or mods/packs that were just uploaded by some youtuber

modrinth allows marking mods as betas and alphas. we just hope mod devs actually use it

well even if it would work for some mods, this feels like overthinking it with a solution that depends on the authors (read: will only fix half of the problem) instead of just doing what we've been doing for ages
