About the PR

This PR adds a lawyer stamp which lawyers spawn with, I was thinking about making an alternate red one for stations with 2 lawyers but i'm keeping it simple. (If i end up doing this it'll be in another PR)

Why

If theres anything the lawyer is missing besides a copy of space law, its a stamp. Seriously, with a role that involved with paperwork and forms you'd think they'd get one.
