This PR includes the following changes:

  • Update build props
  • Port editorconfig settings from ComputeSharp
  • Fix all code style warnings
  • Update to C# 12
  • Drop old TFMs, add .NET 8
  • Update some .NET dependencies
  • Remove x86 and arm configurations
