- deadcode4j-maven-plugin:find analyzes the project after triggering the package phase.
- deadcode4j-maven-plugin:find-only analyzes the project without triggering the package phase. Use only when your project is already packaged.

Apart from bytecode analysis, deadcode4j supports several Frameworks and their auto-magic: Spring, Hibernate, most of JEE, Apache Tiles, Castor, Axis, JAXB and more. Here is the full list.
It also offers various customization possibilities to support home-brewn frameworks and more black magic.
Nevertheless, there's always a chance that deadcode4j reports false positives - so don't remove a class prematurely.
