Aether extends the capabilities native to proof-of-work modules participating within Disarray. Aether encompasses several services built on these modules servicing the platform in offloading computational workloads issued by valid actors or Flow modules. This enables the active device, indicated by the Flow module, to reduce its overhead according to its environment and specification outline by the registrant.

Similar to Chaos, Aether offers a host of automations targeting the setup and participation of nodes in PoW activities. Doing so enables us to confidently offer a packaged service built on-top of what many view as a dated technology. PoW mechanisms are unique in the fact that each new block is backed by work displaced in the real-world. This concept is one heavily relied upon throughout the ecosystem as we attempt to measurably define the value of a digital object.
