to run the code locally, you have to download the json file of credentials, and then export GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS="[PATH]" in your terminal
For example: export GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS="/home/user/Downloads/[FILE_NAME].json"
