A clock widget written in Python that displays the time in percent. It has no timezones or daylight savings, and is based on UTC 24 hour time. It is meant as a time standard for people in multiple time zones, and as an experiment for measuring time in base 10.
To use it, just make sure you have a recent version of Python 3 installed, then run the Python file. No 3rd party packages are required. Currently only supports Windows. Once open, simply left-click and drag to move it, right click to lock or unlock it, and double click to close.
