This is an old branch to get protein annotations data from Ensembl. It has a generalized method to get data from Ensembl using Biomart API. This never got merged because it didn't have Misha's new argument module ( I have added args module but commented it out as I didn't get enough time to test it). Please review and merge this branch. |
