RNALigands: a database and search engine for RNA motif – ligand interactions. The server is publicly available at http://rnaligands.ccbr.utoronto.ca.
Usage: Users need to install VinneaPackage first.
Then the source code can be run as /Package/run.pl -f /Package/example/1ddy_A.fasta.
