  1. xml: Fix entity – 

    There were two entity definitions for ndash. Rename the second to mdash.
Add missing ampersand and semicolon in the entities.

Only user of – was xml/attic/deployment_auto.xml.
— had more users, but all in the attic, too.

  2. xml: Update spelling of entity &arm; 

    "ARM" -> "Arm"
