add CHRP boot support for ppc64 and add xorriso option to avoid file name reduction to MS-DOS compatible 8.3 format
To make the code look pretty extra newline is inserted at the start of bootinfo file. This appears to break boot on Power9 PowerVM LPARs.
First SLE Kiwi 9.24 does not include [0] so newer unit tests need to be adapted. 0: OSInside/kiwi#2347 Second fix is removing unused mock.

This set of commits are backports of ppc64le ISO image generation fixes from Kiwi10.
With SUMA5.0 we are based on SLEM5.5, but we also have ppc64le support so we need to have ppc64le self install iso with kiwi9 used by SLEM5.5.
This list also contains one more commit from me which actually enables grub install setup also for OFW firmwares and not only EFI firmwares.
