* manuals are only available online * added info on release notes * fixed contents of GNOME help center
- removed spaces between profiling snippets - added a missing bracket - rephrased one sentence because I misread it several times - removed outdated para at the end (using search engines is common knowledge meanwhile)

I pushed some fixes, rest looks good from my side - moving to @dariavladykina for a language and style check before the backports
