There are no SUSE products using llvm-16, hence drop it in favor of llvm-17 and llvm-18. Note that this does not drop support for llvm-16. However, this is a step towards that, as supporting it may not interest no one. Signed-off-by: Giuliano Belinassi <[email protected]>
