Favorites and media search

New features

• Shows can be added to favorites, displayed on the homepage. The latest episodes of favorite shows can be presented as additional swimlane on the homepage as well.
• Medias can be searched using the dedicated section.
• Swiss satellite radios are properly supported.

Other changes

• NetMetrix calls have been removed.
• Crashes are reported to AppCenter without the need for user consent.
