feat: add quality selector showcase

Resolves #44 by integrating the `videojs-contrib-quality-menu` plugin and provides a new showcase
demonstrating how to implement a quality selector in the player. The example includes code and a
fully functional demo enabling developers to easily replicate the feature in their own integrations.
