change VERSION to the tag of the version that you want to use. This can also be a commit number. Make sure that jitpack has built it, by going to https://jitpack.io/#SMP-Remakers/BlissGemsRemake/ and press "Get it" on the commit and wait a couple minutes for compilation and for Jitpack to make the page viewable. If a version has been only released a couple minutes ago, the Javadoc for it might not work for sometime. Then copy it to your browser.
