### Enable Syslog forwarding

Follow [this guide](https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2003322) to enable the log forwarding to the log concentrator.
- Log in to the vCenter Server Management, with the administrative rights
- On the left panel, click `Syslog`
- In the Forwarding configuration, create a new configuration by clicking `CONFIGURE` or edit an existing one by clicking `EDIT`
- Click `+ ADD` to create an additional remote servers (up to 3) in the configuration if one already exists
- Type the ip address, the port of the log concentrator and select the protocol (we recommend TCP)
- Click `SAVE`
- Click `SEND TEST MESSAGE` to validate the status of the connection.
